These Terms do NOT govern hosted trips or curated travel experiences, which are subject to separate Trip Terms & Conditions.

CURATED TRAVEL EXPERIENCES VS. ADVISORY SERVICES

Wander Travel Play™ offers a combination of educational travel content, consulting and advisory services, and curated travel experiences.

Curated travel experiences are those trips or experiences that are explicitly offered, sold, booked, hosted, or managed directly by Wander Travel Play™, and may involve coordination with third-party suppliers or collection of payments. These offerings are governed by separate Trip Terms & Conditions, which are presented at the time of booking.

In contrast, Wander Travel Play™ may also provide consulting, planning guidance, recommendations, or suggested third-party booking platforms (including but not limited to tour operators, accommodations, or transportation providers). Unless explicitly stated as a curated travel experience, these advisory services do not involve booking, managing, or collecting payment for travel services on a client’s behalf. All bookings and transactions are made directly between the client and the third-party provider and are subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

EDUCATIONAL & INFORMATIONAL USE ONLY

All content provided on this Site is for informational and educational purposes only. Travel outcomes vary, and decisions are made at the user’s discretion. Wander Travel Play™ does not guarantee availability, pricing, results, or experiences.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

All digital products are licensed for personal use only and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Wander Travel Play™ may offer physical products, including journals or merchandise. All physical product sales are subject to availability and are fulfilled through third-party providers or shipping carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only. Wander Travel Play™ is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control. Any return, refund, or replacement policies will be stated at the point of purchase and apply only as specified.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including text, guides, frameworks, branding, logos, graphics, and downloadable materials, is the intellectual property of PLAYMAK-R LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
